Welcome to Waterleaf Condo!!
This cute and convenient pet-friendly condo is ideally located - just a few blocks from Crested Butte's best public parks and amenities, including the Slate River, Nordic Trails, the pet and bike friendly Recreation Path, the Center for the Arts, and of course, all the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment available in Historic Downtown Crested Butte. The free Mt. Express shuttle stops just up the road every 15 minutes for a 6 minute ride to the base area at Mt. Crested Butte.
Park your vehicle in your own private spot, and enjoy all the hiking, biking, skiing, and relaxing that Crested Butte has to offer, just out your front door.
This condo sleeps 4-6 in beds and features recent remodels and cozy furnishings! The living spaces have an open layout with a newer LCD Smart TV to stream all your favorites on Netflix or Amazon. Enjoy meals at the bar height dining table with built in bench and stools.
The master is located on the second floor and boasts a king bed. The bathroom is recently upgraded with a slate tile shower. Also off this level is a sunny deck with exterior seating!
If you are looking for value but not looking to compromise on location, this is the perfect property for your friends, family, and your pets too!
Bedding Arrangement Breakdown:
1st Bedroom: King-size Bed
2nd Bedroom: Queen-size Bed
2.5 Bedroom: Queen-size Bed (located on the second level and separated by a half wall and curtain for privacy. Please note that this is not a full separate bedroom.)
*The Heartleaf Condo is located directly next door in the same building. Rent both units for larger groups who need privacy but want to be close by.
We are always happy and willing to assist with ski and bike rentals and to share our local knowledge.

***Disclosures
** There are two designated, off street parking spaces for this unit. Please note that during the winter season only one parking space is guaranteed due to snow removal. During the winter season, please be sure to abide by the posted Winter Parking Laws to avoid ticketing/towing.
** Well-behaved pets are considered(2 dog max, max weight 50 lb, sorry no cats)! An additional fee of $10 + tax per pet per night, minimum charge $80 per pet + tax will apply.
***** Early check-ins and or late check-out requests may be granted on a per booking basis and may be subject to additional fees at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be granted due to pre established cleaning and maintenance schedules. Guests who occupy any part of the property including the driveway prematurely without preauthorisation from the home owner or property manager will be subject to a $ 250 fine. Guests will also be asked to vacate the property and return at check in time. Guests who check out after 10am without preauthorisation will be asked to vacate immediately and will be subject to a $ 250 fine.
****Crested Butte is a resort town, please note that when the Crested Butte Mountan Resort shuts down for the Spring shoulder Season, and again in the Fall, many of the shops, restaurants, and local businesses close down or operate under limited schedules. Refunds will not be granted to guests due to closure of any businesses in Crested Butte for any reason, as these events are out of our control. Please see Vail's website for opening and closing dates for the mountain resort, as these dates change year to year: https://www.skicb.com
****Cancellations: Please familiarize yourself with our posted cancellation policy. Please note that due to Crested Butte’s limited rental seasons, no exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy under any circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing some form of travel insurance if you feel you may need to cancel or alter your booking outside of the posted cancellation policy window.
**** The US Postal service does not deliver to households in Crested Butte, should you require items shipped to your property during your stay, we recommend using UPS or FedEx, and insuring these items. Watchdog is not responsible in any way for any items you choose to have shipped to any of our properties, and will not forward or store any shipped items that may arrive early or late, this is your responsibility, thank you for your understanding. If you have shipping needs for legitimate medical reasons, please contact the Watchdog Office for assistance.
**** Please note that in the winter months access to this units private parking may require a four-wheel-drive vehicle. Although the alley and driveway are plowed, These areas may become bumpy and narrow, due to snow storage and Conditions created by melting snow.

Your call center folks were pleasant and competent. Each time I called, to reserve or as the stay was to begin, I got what I needed done very quickly.

Watchdog runs a very professional service. The condo was exactly as advertised and very comfortably outfitted for a family to stay in, cook in and have a good stay. We would love to stay at a Watchdog property again on the next trip to Crested Butte!
