This 2 bed/2 bath condo is LITERALLY on the ski slope- walk out your front door, put your gear on, and glide 50 feet to your favorite chair lifts and the entire base area. Or if a quiet day with panoramic views and relaxation is what you crave, don’t worry- thanks to the incredible location of this unique property, you can also spend a mellow day with loved ones taking in the action in a private and serene setting. This lovely condo is your personal gateway to the National Forest, which is 20 steps from your front door. Enjoy the generous outdoor common area with it’s stunning views, complete with grill, gazebo, hot tub, and easy access to the free shuttle that will take you to Downtown Crested Butte should you want to venture beyond the shops and restaurants of the base area. Make yourselves at home in the spacious living area, or step onto your private deck with million dollar views of the ski area and beyond. Don’t forget about hiking and mountain biking- world class trails are right outside, including dozens of amazing downhill trails that can be accessed by the chairlift right below your deck. Watch the kids fly by from your private deck, living room, or master bedroom, all of which look out onto the trails below. Private parking and easy access to everything makes it easy to dive into serene mountain living with your loved ones at the Ski Slope Inn (and Out!) Condo.

**** While the property lists a hot tub as an amenity this is a shared community hot tub and subject to open and closure by the HOA and/or governing entity. As such availability of the hot tub may be affected by maintenance work from time to time and is therefore not guaranteed
**** Early check ins and or late check out requests may be granted on a per booking basis and may be subject to additional fees at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be granted due to pre established cleaning and maintenance schedules. Guests who occupy any part of the property including the driveway prematurely without preauthorisation from the home owner or property manager will be subject to a $ 250 fine. Guests will also be asked to vacate the property and return at check in time. Guests who check out after 10am without preauthorisation will be asked to vacate immediately and will be subject to a $ 250 fine.
**** Crested Butte is a resort town, please note that when the Crested Butte Mountan Resort shuts down for the Spring shoulder Season, and again in the Fall, many of the shops, restaurants, and local businesses close down or operate under limited schedules. Refunds will not be granted to guests due to closure of any businesses in Crested Butte for any reason, as these events are out of our control. Please see Vail's website for opening and closing dates for the mountain resort, as these dates change year to year: https://www.skicb.com.
**** Cancellations: Please familiarize yourself with our posted cancellation policy. Please note that due to Crested Butte’s limited rental seasons, no exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy under any circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing some form of travel insurance if you feel you may need to cancel or alter your booking outside of the posted cancellation policy window.
**** The US Postal service does not deliver to households in Crested Butte, should you require items shipped to your property during your stay, we recommend using UPS or FedEx, and insuring these items. Watchdog is not responsible in any way for any items you choose to have shipped to any of our properties, and will not forward or store any shipped items that may arrive early or late, this is your responsibility, thank you for your understanding. We really enjoyed our summer stay at this condo! Spotless clean, kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfy and showers great after getting totally soaked rafting! We had friends and family over for a cookout and the gas grills/gazebo and hot tub was perfect for this. We found trays in the kitchen to carry the food. The best part was the views, looking down on the ski-lifts, base area and even into town. Great place for coffee in thee morning watching the world wake up! We've stayed in these units before in winter and this is a good ski-in/out location too. I would definitely book this unit again! Thank you all for a nice week!
